Among the common misconceptions in education is that students are comfortable with technology, and therefore implementing blended learning doesn’t require helping students to make the transition.

The pace of technology, and ed tech, over the past two decades has created a void in digital literacy skills that must be filled for meaningful learning to occur in the 21st century. By analogy, most people are comfortable with air travel; that doesn’t mean we are all airplane pilots.
